This is the text for frame 3. It is contained in the file named "cell3.html" and it could be used to describe, in more detail the choices available in frame 2. Graphics can also be used in a frame as below.
Like the other frames, this frame will also include a scroll bars, but only if the text continues below the bottom of the frame.
All three frames are resizable by the user.
