PROFESSOR & GRAD ADVISOR

@ the BEACH

I am now in my 23rd year as a professor at California State University, Long Beach. I started teaching in Fall 1992, after completing my Ph.D. in Information and Computer Science with a specialty in Computer Networking at the University of California, Irvine.

This site contains information about the classes I teach (primarily networking, modeling and simulation) for the Department of Computer Engineering and Computer Science. It provides a summary of my research interests and current projects. Some of my favorite outside interests and passions are included as well.

I will continue as Graduate Advisor for our Master in Computer Science program this year. Information relating to Grad Advising can also be found within.
