My family is my hope and my joy . . . and the most anticipated place to be at the end of the day.
I met my husband, Greg, in school.  He was studying Chemistry and Physics, and I, Medical Microbiology and Chemistry.  We dated for about 7 years.  Greg waited until I returned from the Peace Corps before he proposed to me.  Being alumni of CSULB (California State University, Long Beach), we decided to exchange our wedding vows in the beautiful Japanese Garden at CSULB.  We're happily married and currently working on small and large construction projects involving our house.

My family has always been supportive of my life experiences.  Below is a photo of my sisters (AnneMarie and Mimi), my mom (Isabel), and Greg seeing me off at the airport the day I left for my service in the Peace Corps.
