ICP-MS

We have joint facilities with the Departments of Biology and Geology for analysis of archaeological materials. This is one of the only "state of the art" ICP-MS facilities in the country. Our equipment includes:

(1) Perkin Elmer Eland 6100-DRC

(2) CEM, Mars 5 Microwave Digestion System

(3) Laser Ablation System Nd:YAG New Wave Research

(4) Electron Microscope

(5) X-ray refraction

We share access to clean laboratories and laboratories with hoods and other necessary safety equipment. We also have access to numerous geological and biological collections.
