Forensics

On site, the equipment is used at the request of law enforcement agencies, and it is important that the archaeology team work directly under the supervision of the investigative director of the agency.

The quality and quantity of data collected and processed is impressive. It is likely that the use of the cesium vapor magnetometer will become one of the forensic methods of choice in the future when metal objects or recently disturbed areas are the focus of investigation. I am in the process of completing an article based on previous investigative work, and it will appear in print within the next year.
