沏茶


第一﹕在工夫茶茶壺裡放入三分之一滿的茶葉。

Fill the tea pot one-thirds full of tea leaves.

第二﹕用煮沸的水注入茶壺。

Fill the teapot with boiling water, put on the lid and rinse the tealeaves for five to ten seconds by lightly swirling the leaves around. This is to wash out impurities and strip the tea of its caffeine.


第三﹕約十秒﹐將第一泡茶倒出。大多數的咖啡因是在第一泡茶﹐所以大多數的人不喝。

Pour the first infusing into the tea pitcher to give it warmth. Then set the tea pitcher aside for later use.

第四﹕用煮沸的水注入茶壺。約二十秒。

Fill the teapot with water again, replace the lid and let the tealeaves infuse their flavor into the water for fifteen to twenty seconds.


第五﹕重新注入熱水﹐約十秒。把茶倒入公道杯。同時將公道杯裡的第一泡茶淋在工夫茶茶壺上。然後將公道杯裡的茶淋在工夫茶茶壺上。

During the twenty seconds of tea infusing, dispose of the tea from the first infusing in the tea pitcher by pouring it from the pitcher over the teapot and into the little cup to preheat it.

第六個﹕傾吐入小的杯子和享用。

After the fifteen seconds, pour the tea from the teapot into the tea pitcher, and fill the little cup. Smell the fragrant tea and sip for enjoyment.
