1 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
13 oz.firm tofu, dried and cut in 1in. cubes
4shallots of green onions, chopped
1/4 Chinese Cabbage, shredded
1 red bell pepper, cooked and diced thinly
1 tomato, cooked and diced
1 Tbsp.soy sauce
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/3 cup fresh bean sprouts
Heat oil in frying pan at high heat. Saut garlic and then add tofu, and cook for six minutes. Add shallots, green onion, cabbage, red bell pepper, and tomato to pan and cook for five minutes at medium heat. Stir in soy sauce. Serve with rice.
