This year students researched and assembled projects, which were a culmination of both diligent research on a given topic and an insightful implementation of the HTML tools learned during the course of the class.

飲中國茶-Drinking Chinese Tea
Drinking Chinese Tea uses both English and Chinese to introduce the basics of tea. The author includes not only the history and popular types of Chinese tea, but also includes step-by-step directions for brewing and shops in the Long Beach area where you can find Chinese tea.
