 The National Institute of Mental Health has funded COR to help outstanding students from underrepresented backgrounds in psychology at CSULB pursue the Ph.D.

          - Participation involves 10 weeks in the summer and the Fall-Spring academic year.

     - Annual stipend of $10,956, tuition, and travel expenses for 1 conference. 

Eligibility:
- Full time (12 units/semester) student with 1 or 2 more years at CSULB.
-  Minimum GPA is 3.00.
-  US citizens or permanent residents (to receive funding).

- Priority is to students who have taken Psych 200 (Research Methods) and Psych 210 (Intro. Statistics) with two more years at CSULB.

Submit Application by: (check with Dr. Chun)

-Faculty recommendations (2, or 3, if possible)
-Statement of Career Goals (2-3 pages) -Copies of 1 or 2 papers for previous classes (will be returned)- Submit College grade records (copies o.k.)

Schedule interviews with Drs. Chun and Span asap.
