Substitution for CRIM 303

Students do NOT have to take CRIM 303 if they have already taken a statistics course that meets BOTH of the following requirements:

Course covered t tests and chi square.
Received a grade of "C" or higher in course.

NOTE: Students who substitute a course for CRIM 303 must take one additional 3-unit upper division CRIM elective.

What to do if you qualify:

  1. Obtain proof that the course you took meets the above requirements -- this can be a course syllabus, examinations, homework, letter from the teacher or department head where you took the course.
  2. Take the proof to Dr. Kaci and have her enter a substitution in the OASIS computer system
  3. Take one additional upper division CRIM course.
