ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
CRIMINAL JUSTICE GRADUATE PROGRAM AT CSULB
UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS: You must submit a formal application and have your original transcripts sent to the University's Office of Admission and Records.

DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS: In addition, you must also submit the following materials to the Criminal Justice Department, Graduate Coordinator:

Please Note: A file that is not complete will not be reviewed for entrance to the Graduate program.

UNIT REQUIREMENT: Thesis/Project options for the Master's degree require 30 units. Course descriptions will be sent along with the Graduate Handbook.

DEADLINE FOR ADMISSION: All materials for Fall semester must be submitted by May 1st.
November 15th is the deadline for Spring admissions. FYI: CSIULB is on a semester schedule. Fall term
meets from end of August to mid December. Spring meets from end of January to mid May. Summer
Session meets from June to mid August. Winter Session meets from early January to mid January.
