Students transferring to CSULB from a community college



Note: Students who transfer to CSULB from a community college
must have completed at least 56 semester units. Seventy (70) units is the maximum that can be transferred from community colleges. It is recommended that Criminal Justice majors complete 70 units prior to transferring to CSULB if possible.
During the time spent at a community college the student should:
 
NOTE: Administration of Justice courses (with the exception of CRIM 101) are accepted by CSULB as lower division electives IF they are designated as CSU transferable by the college where the courses are taken.
While at CSULB the student should:

Minors and "double majors" are optional.
Elective units can be used for these purposes.
