Garden Wedding & Friends Garden Reception
February, March, October, November & three weeks in December - 80 people or less
2008 Site Fee: $3000.00 Non-Refundable Deposit: $1200.00
2009 Site Fee: $3200.00 Non-Refundable Deposit: $1200.00

Package Includes:

• A two-year garden membership: $100.00 due at booking. (included in the above fee; separate check)
• Liability Insurance
• The package can accommodate up to 80 guests.
• Wedding Coordinator and staff members to set up and clean up your event.
• Four hour time slot: ½ hour for guests to arrive, ½ hour for ceremony, 3 hours for reception.
• One hour consultation with one of our coordinators.
• One hour rehearsal on Wednesday or Thursday prior to your wedding day.
• A sound system: 8 speakers, 3 microphones for the ceremony only.
• All tables and chairs for the wedding and reception.
• Ivory market umbrellas placed throughout the garden for shade & lighting when needed.
• Parking for the rehearsal evening & wedding day.
• Bring everything that applies to your wedding & reception the night of rehearsal and our staff will set it up for you the day of your wedding.
• We decorate the garden with lights on all three bridges for evening receptions.

Discounts:
• CSULB Alumni, Faculty, Staff & students get a $50.00 per hour discount.
• Monday – Thursday events will receive a 25% discount off the site fee.
• Some of our Preferred Professionals offer a discount by mentioning/booking the         Japanese Garden.

Amenities:

• Chair Covers: $4.95ea
• Rehearsal Dinner $300.00: Two hours in the Friends Garden, which we include the tables, chairs, centerpieces & decorations. Catering by “The Grand”
• Invitations: Contact Garden Rental Office

In order to book this Reception Package you will need to:
• Pay Deposit of $1200.00-NON-REFUNDABLE  (Personal check, cash, credit card or cashiers check accepted)
• Pay Membership of $100.00 (Personal check, cash, credit card or cashiers check accepted)
• Sign & send back contract & payment within seven days of receipt
