- Four hour time slot: ½ hour for guests to arrive, ½ hour for ceremony, and three hours for your reception. An extra hour is available @ the rate of $900.00. Gates open at your start time.
- One hour consultation with one of our coordinators.
- One hour rehearsal on Wednesday or Thursday prior to your wedding day (unless booked with an event).
- Coordinator and staff to set up and break down your event.
- Parking for wedding day.
- Sound system: 8 speakers and 3 microphones for the ceremony only.
- 16 white resin chairs for the immediate family. All other chairs will be $1.00ea payable at rehearsal.
- Ivory market umbrellas placed throughout the garden for shade & lights, when & where needed.
- Candles around pond, ambiance lighting around garden, Japanese lanterns in courtyard.
- Parking signs to the garden on the day of your event.
- Appointment for drop off of all items for reception.
- Liability Insurance.
****Equipment fee (banquet tables, guest tables, chairs, dance floor, etc.) would be the only additional cost due at the rehearsal. You must use the garden’s equipment. ****
- CSULB Alumni, Faculty, Staff & students receive a $50.00 per hour discount.
- Monday – Thursday events will receive a 25% discount off the site fee.
- Some Preferred Professionals offer discounts please mention at booking.
- Water setup $40.00: Includes table, linen, umbrella, bucket & ice. Client provides the water bottles.
- Chair Covers: $4.95ea
- Rehearsal Dinner $300.00: Two hours in the Friends Garden. Includes tables, chairs, centerpieces & decorations. Catering by Choura Venue Services.
- Pay a deposit of $1,100.00-NON-REFUNDABLE (Personal check, cash, credit card or cashier’s check accepted)
- Pay Japanese Garden Membership of $100.00 (Personal check, cash, credit card or cashier’s check accepted)
- Sign and send back contract and payment within seven days of receipt
