Package Includes:

Liability Insurance
Parking for rehearsal night
Parking for wedding day
Signs to event
Coordinator and staff to set up and break down your event.
Four hour time slot: ½ hour for guests to arrive, ½ hour for ceremony, and three hours for your reception.
An extra hour is available @ the rate of $900.00 Gates open at your start time.
Consultation with one of our coordinators
One hour rehearsal on Wednesday or Thursday prior to your wedding day. (unless booked with an event)
White resin chairs included.
Ivory market umbrellas placed throughout the garden for shade & lights, when & where needed.
Candles around pond, ambiance lighting around garden, Japanese lanterns in courtyard.
You bring everything that applies to your reception two days before and our staff will set it up for you the day of your reception.

Extra cost:

****Equipment cost, (banquet tables, guest tables, chairs, dance floor, etc…) would be the only cost due the night of the rehearsal.
You do have to use the garden equipment****

Discounts:

CSULB Alumni, Faculty, Staff & students get a $50.00 per hour discount.
Monday – Thursday events will receive a 25% discount off the site fee.
Some of our Preferred Professionals offer a discount by mentioning/booking the Japanese Garden.

Amenities:

Chair Covers: $4.95ea
Rehearsal Dinner $300.00: Two hours in the Friends Garden, which we include the tables, chairs, centerpieces & decorations.
Catering by “The Grand”

Pay Deposit of $1200.00-NON-REFUNDABLE (Personal check, cash, credit card or cashiers check accepted)
Pay Membership of $100.00 (Personal check, cash, credit card or cashiers check accepted)
Sign & send back contract & payment within seven days of receipt
