Lecture course on the ecological role of diverse groups of microorganisms in the environment. This course is required of all new Microbiology majors.
Biol/Micr 355L: Microbial Ecology Lab (1 unit)
Laboratory elective course on practical exercises in studying the diversity and ecology of microbes from the environment.
