c) There will be no makeup for the midterm exam or the final exam. Exams cannot be taken earlier than the dates specified. You will get a zero grade for each missed exam. I only give a make up exam if your are sick or hospitalized. Doctor's note stating your medical reason for not taking the exam is required.

Please observe the following rules while class is in session. These rules are important and must be observed by everyone in class in order to minimize distraction to others.

1) You are responsible for all changes announced in class, whether you are present or not.

2) Do not talk to anyone next to you during lectures

3) Do not make unnecessary noises to interrupt others from learning .

4) Please do not eat or drink during my lectures.

5) Please turn off your cellphone.

6) Sometimes I might joke around to lighten up the lecture. This is not an invitation for feed back from the class nor the time to draw attention to yourself.

7) If you have any comments regarding this class, please slip a note with no name under my door or my mail box in the physics department. Your input is appreciated.

8) Due to my allergy please do Not Use strong fragrances like Polo or heavy musks of any kind when you are near me.

Students with Disabilities: I would like to hear from anyone who has a disability which may require some modification of seating, testing, or other class procedures. Please see me after class or during my office hours to discuss appropriate modifications.
