FOOD Committee Responsible for acquiring donated and purchased food and beverages for the night of Grad Nite. Committee members may also help at the popular food and beverage areas during Grad Nite.

FUND-RAISING/PRIZES/DONATIONS Committee This committee contacts local businesses and community organizations to secure funding and donations to cover cost of putting on the event.  They also gather gift cards and other prizes which they use for a prize drawing at the event.

PROMOTIONS Committee  Their job is to create enthusiasm for Grad Nite among students, parents, school administrators, faculty and the community at large.  This is done through announcements in the school paper, the parent newsletter, articles in the local newspapers and contact with radio stations.

 CLEAN UP Committee   These committee members will come in immediately following the event to assist with clean up.

 SECURITY Committee This committee provides a safe, drug and alcohol-free atmosphere during the party.  With assistance from the Police, they will maintain security of the facility, all perimeters and parking areas. 

 MEDICAL Committee This committee is available to handle any medical situations that may occur during Grad Nite. Maintains Agreement/Medical forms from the parents and students.

 ADMISSIONS Committee  Committee members welcome the graduates and staff the check in/out areas during Grad Nite. Responsible for personal items check in.  If any students need to leave early they will make contact with the parent or guardian.

 DECORATIONS Committee This committee designs, creates, obtains, and sets-up the decorations.  Creative minds, artistic ability and carpentry skills are welcome, but not required.
