ENTERTAINMENT Committee
Responsible for securing the DJ, major games and activities that will
be used for the event. Committee members may help during GradNite
supervising games and activities.
FOOD Committee
Responsible for acquiring donated and purchased food and beverages for
the night of GradNite. Committee members may also help at the popular
food and beverage areas during GradNite.
FUND-RAISING Committee
Oversees fund-raising efforts. This committee contacts local businesses
and community organizations to secure funding and donations. New ideas
and big dreams are always welcomed.
PRIZES Committee
They will use money from fundraising and gifts from local businesses to
obtain prizes that will be given out during the party.
PROMOTIONS Committee
Their job is to create enthusiasm for Grad Nite among students,
parents, school administrators, faculty and the community at large.
This is done through announcements in the school paper, the parent
newsletter, articles in the local newspapers, contact with radio
stations, and any other medium you can think of.
CLEAN UP Committee
These committee members will come in immediately following the event to
assist with clean up.
SECURITY Committee
This committee provides a safe, drug and alcohol-free atmosphere during
the party. With assistance from the Police, they will maintain security
of the facility, all perimeters and parking areas.
MEDICAL Committee
This committee is available to handle any medical situations that may
occur during GradNite. Maintains Agreement/Medical forms from the
parents and students.
ADMISSIONS Committee
This committee designs the tickets and a way of identifying those who
should be admitted into GradNite. Committee members welcome the
graduates and staff the check in/out areas during GradNite. Responsible
for personal items check in. If any students need to leave early they
will make contact with the parent or guardian.
DECORATIONS Committee
This committee designs, creates, and sets-up the decorations. Creative
minds, artistic ability and carpentry skills are welcome, but not
required. Many, many willing hands are needed!
DONATIONS
As you can imagine, GradNite requires a lot of support. If you or your
business would like to make a donation of money, goods, or services,
please indicate.
