April 2005-Present. External consultant; commissioned by the Gifts Compass Instrument, Inc., Ohio. Duties: Consulted on measurement development process. Designed measurement validation studies. Analyzed data.

June-July 2004. Expert rater; commissioned by the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, Alabama (pro bono). Duties: Rated interviews for various personnel positions for the city of Jefferson County using a critical-incident derived behaviorally anchored rating scale for structured interviews.

2003-2004. Graduate student coordinator;  Police Executive Development workshop series: “Executive Leadership for Challenging Times”  workshop (an executive level leadership training workshop for Michigan police executives).
