•         Percent Non-White (may be total - pct. white)
•          Hispanic
•         Other Groups(?)

•     Family Status/ Life Cycle Factors
•        Marital Status
•        Median Age
•         Children under 15
•         Population over 65

•     And .. Other Measures of personal interest .. like:
• Single homes vs. Apartments?
• Percent under the Poverty Level
• Single Parents?

• How would you describe this neighborhood?
• What might its residents be like?
• What are the typical housing characteristics?  Single-Family Homes? Apartments?
• What kind of Physical Environment ( greeness, trees, lawns, housing conditions, ??? ) would you expect to find?
