Chemistry is the central science; to understand most sciences, at least most physical sicences, you need a basic understanding of chemistry and a mental picture of the atomic/molecular world; models are used to help grasp the ideas and concepts in this unseen world of chemistry. To the left is a link to the "World of Chemistry" video series, a video instructional series for college and high school classrooms and adult learners; it consists of 26 half-hour video programs. To view theses videos on line FREE, just register on the site.
Summaries of Side Bar:
Paul Groves is a chemistry teacher at South Pasadena High school; his site is an award winning ecletic site.
My web page, although not award winning is certainly worth the price of admission!
The "Chemistry Coach" is organized by topic. e.g. atomic structure, naming, mole, periodicity, etc. Within each topic are many links to high school and universities site giving detail information on the topic.
