Drunk driving
Jeffrey Covalt, 45, was arrested on July 28 at 3:42 a.m. on East Campus Drive for drunken driving.  His car was towed and he was taken to Long Beach City Jail.

Vandalism
Liberal Arts Building 1 was vandalized with a marking pen the weekend of July 29 and July 30.  The vandalism was considered by police to be a hate crime because it contained a swastika and inflammatory comments referring to blacks when it was noticed on July 31.

Indecent exposure
An unknown man exposed himself to a custodian in the Faculty Office Building 3 on July 31 around 10:30 p.m.

The man fled the scene and was not found when by police.
