49ers lose home finale to Tigers

The final home game of the season for the Long Beach State Softball team was not so great for the 49ers as they were unable to tame the Pacific Tigers.

LBSU lost the final game of the three game series versus Pacific 2-0. UOP also picked up the series win after splitting the doubleheader on Saturday.
 

"It was a tough weekend," said 49er Head Coach Pete Manarino. "It was very uncharacteristic of us to make so many errors."

The 49ers will end the Big West Conference season this weekend at Sacramento State.
