Students and professors of the College of Business Administration have reported suspicious activity, in which men are spending prolonged periods in the restrooms of the second and third floor of the CBA building.

Within the past three weeks, this activity was being reported by staff and professors who were using the third floor restroom, Mohammad Kahn, college associate dean, said.

College officials called police after getting complaints from students earlier this semester, Kahn said.

"From what I have been told by police, 75 percent of the men who are in the restroom are not students and have no business on this campus," Kahn said.

According to Lt. Judith King of University Police, when someone is found in that particular restroom and has no reason for being on campus, the person is asked to leave and is automatically arrested if found anywhere on the campus within 10 days. This is known as a "626."

"We have given out at least one 626 each day last week for activities in those restrooms," King said.
