Long Beach Grand Prix Jon Cook/On-line Forty-Niner Paul Tracy races through the downtown streets Sunday in his victory at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. Tracy passsed two drivers on the first lap of the race and held off the field to give the Canadian his third-straigh win at the race.
