    The student representation to the CSU Chancellor's office—the California State Student Association—passed a resolution in October calling for a CSU system-wide overhaul of academic advising.
  • Dispute provokes student labor strike
    The California Alliance of Academic Student Employees, in conjunction with the United Auto Workers (UAW), has called a one-day strike to protest what it calls unfair labor practices by the California State University system.
