• Full classes send students packing
  The first week of the semester is bringing frustration to students that are attempting to enroll in classes required for their designated majors.

• Library prepares for renovations, still needs contractor
  The Cal State Long Beach Main Library "hit the books" over the summer as it prepared for major renovations, however a bid has not yet been accepted for the project.

  When Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger stooped to name-calling he didn't realize that more than just the Democrats he targeted would take offense.

• Farmer's markets are fresh, delicious, and healthy
  School sucks. We were never taught how to grow food or cook in school. If you were lucky, your mom brown-bagged a big lunch for you every morning — the rest of us, however, weren't that lucky.
