Team America: World Police — Directed by Trey Parker — This film, a spoof on the current war against terrorism, comes from the creators of Comedy Central's "South Park.' Marionettes are the superheroes and together they battle the forces of evil (not to mention some prominent celebrities). • Paramount Pictures

Shall We Dance? — Directed by Peter Chelsom — This romantic-comedy stars Richard Gere, Jennifer Lopez and Susan Sarandon, and is a remake of the 1996 Japanese film of the same name. After seeing the gorgeous dance instructor played by Lopez, Gere's character is so taken aback that he decides to sign up for dance lessons. • Miramax Films

The Final Cut — Directed by Omar Naim — Starring Robin Williams, James Caviezel, and Mira Sorvino, this thriller finds video editor Alan Hackman (Williams) retrieving memories of dead people, via implants that record life. Through the process, however, he discovers troubling information about his own life. • Lion's Gate Films Inc.

Riding the Bullet — Directed by Mick Garris — Based on a Stephen King story, this limited release film stars Jonathan Jackson and David Arquette. When a hitchhiker (Jackson) is picked up by a mysterious stranger (Arquette) on his way to see his ailing mother, he soon realizes that the Good Samaritan may not be who he seems. • Freestyle Releasing LLC
