Assault/Battery --11:34 a.m.--A man taking
a test at the Horn center attacked another
when the victim refused to share his answers.
The assailant struck the other on the back
of the neck then fled toward Lot 3, where
he was caught and arrested by police.

Suspicious Person --1:56 p.m.--A transient
was found loitering around Los Alamitos
Hall. The man was checked out then escorted
off campus.

Petty Theft --12:43 p.m.--A California State
University credit card was being fraudulently
used from Brazil to make internet purchases.
Total loss was $53.27.

Petty Theft --5:12 p.m.--A woman had her
purse stolen when it was left unattended
in the Women’s Resource Center in
the Liberal Arts Complex. The loss included
$23 in cash and ID.

Burglary Report --6:50 p.m.--A woman reported
a burglary in her unlocked room in Residence
Commons, sometime between 5:30 and 6:20.
Total loss was $4,000, including a laptop
computer, an electronic dictionary, $6 cash
and various forms of ID.
