Susbstance Abuse--Undercover officers with the Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control made 57 arrests during the Vans Warped Tour concert. The arrests were for underage possession of alcohol, furnishing of alcohol to a minor, possession of a false ID and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Most were cited and released, with the exception of one who resisted arrest.

Marijuana Complaint--12:55 p.m.--An officer spotted a 20-year-old male smoking a marijuana cigarette in the parking structure. When the suspect spotted the officer, he tossed his cigarette into the parking lot, thereby violating the littering rules as well. The suspect admitted to the offense when the officer asked if he had any more marijuana, to which he responded, "No, you can totally check me, that was all I had." Suspect was cited and released.

Petty Theft--6:34 p.m.--A man attending the Vans Warped Tour reported his wallet stolen sometime between noon and 3 p.m. The man said the wallet, which contained $20, was taken from his pant leg cargo pocket, which had a velcro closure.

Vandalism--12:08 a.m.--A Vans Warped Tour concert attendee reported a smashed window and cracked windshield of a black Honda, which was parked in Lot 14. The damage was done with an unknown object and nothing was taken.

Grand Theft--1:48 p.m.--A man said his wallet was stolen during the Vans Warped Tour concert the previous day. While watching the show, he felt a tug on his shorts, then heard a male voice say, "Dude, it's a wallet, look at all the money." The wallet contained $150.

Petty Theft--9:12p.m.--A man coaching basketball at the East Gym said his fanny pack was stolen when he set it down at the side of the court. Total loss was estimated at $275, including a cell phone and $100 cash.
