Capt. Stan Skipworth

Capt. Skipworth says:

"It is important to remember that the wide range of services offered by the university and the responsibilities of the staff can often lead to frustrating situations.... There are mechanisms to appeal or file grievances when someone feels that they have been responded to inappropriately."
