Capt. Stan Skipworth

Captain Skipworth

Capt. Skipworth says: "It is better to stay at the scene of the accident than it is to run."

Too many students feel that they can flee from an accident without repercussions, but someone might have witnessed the accident and report it to the police. Stay, exchange insurance information and let the companies handle it.

It turns out better in the long run.
