Angelica Garcia
scored three goals and Bri Hawkins set a career high with
10 saves in goal as Long Beach State routed Princeton, 9-2,
in a nonconference women's water polo match Tuesday at the
Campus Pool.
The 49ers (8-7) built a 6-1 halftime lead as six different
LBSU players scored. Garcia scored her final two goals in
the fourth and now has 24 goals on the season.
Ashley Richardson added two goals for The Beach, which travels
to play Hawaii Friday.
