fraternity. fraternities.
The Administrative

"I was very pleased with the student participation. The actual
tailgate portion was a groundbreaking event that had such
a strong turnout. Everyone really behaved and most of all
had a good time."

Royalty Declared
A little unintended
moment of suspense was added to the crowning of the new Homecoming
King and Queen, when the envelope announcing the new queen
got misplaced. It the end, President Maxson came to the rescue
with the missing envelope with Rosa Hernandez's name.
Last year's royalty
When half time arrived the court was called to center stage
to hear the verdict. Last year's royalty, Amy Wiedeman and
Mike Braga passed on the reign to the new King and QueenJosh
Edrington and Rosa Hernandez. The announcement came easy for
the king. Wayne opened the envelope and introduced Josh Edrington.
Then the time came for the Queen. Wayne and Ria each looked
at each other hoping the other person had the envelope, neither
one did. The envelope was missing and the girls were growing
more nervous by the second. Then President Maxson came to
the rescue. He wanted to introduce the new Queen. As the girls
took deep breathe in, the envelope was opened and Rosa Hernandez
heard her name as the new Queen.
