The
investigation concerning the allegations
that Robbie Cardenas, a President Scholar
and political science major, wrote a racial
epithet on an erase board in a Parkside
Commons Residence Halls’ dorm has been completed
and the verdict is in.
However, university officials said they
are abiding by the Family Educational Right
to Privacy Act and therefore the results
cannot be made.
“The case moved expeditiously,” said Doug
Robinson, vice president for Student Services.
“I can say though that I am satisfied with
the decision.
“With 35,000 students on this campus, the
office of Judicial Affairs is very busy,”
Robinson said. “The case was moved up because
of the nature of the crime.”
