Tuesday

• Arrest — 11:37 a.m. — Andrew J. Trokhio, 69, was arrested at Parkside Commons on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court. He was cited and released.

• Vandalism — 10:46 a.m. — Between 10 and 15 subjects identified as fraternity members were throwing water balloons on a sidewalk near Liberal Arts 3. A balloon hit an exterior lighting fixture and caused the cover to fall and shatter.

• Vandalism — 10:20 a.m. — A vehicle was tampered with in the Parking Structure sometime between 2 and 5 p.m. on Monday. The lugnuts were loosened on the car.

Monday

• Grand theft — 10:03 p.m. — A University Police bicycle was taken from Los Cerritos Hall between 9:30 and 9:40 p.m. The bike was later located near the Residence Commons office.

Saturday

• Vandalism — 10:42 p.m. — Racially discriminate words and symbols were drawn on the walls of Parkside Commons at approximately 1 a.m.

• Petty theft — 8:46 a.m. — A unknown quantity of snack food was stolen from a vending machine at Peterson Hall.

Friday

• Arrest — 11:14 a.m. — Hector Mendoza, 19, was arrested and booked at the Long Beach City Jail for assault and battery of his girlfriend.
