Motorcycle races at the Orange County Fairgrounds will start at 7:30 p.m. It is “Skirt night.” Any person wearing a skirt will get in free.

Sept. 15:

Exhibition of German artist Thomas Struth’s photographs opens at the Museum of Contemporary Art, (213) 621-1750, 250 South Grand Ave., Los Angeles

“Conversations,” an exhibition of works newly added to MOCA’s collection will also open as well as a sculpture made of used airplane parts by Nancy Rubins
