Hoops meeting

A mandatory meeting
regarding Long Beach State intramural basketball leagues will
be held Monday at 6 p.m. in The Gold Mine.
Intramural basketball
will consist of three leagues: men's 6-foot-and-under, men's
open and women's open.
The 6-foot-and-under
league is full, but both the men's and women's open leagues
have spots available.
At least one player
from teams already signed up must attend the meeting. Those
interested in signing up to play as free agents can also attend.
The Gold Mine is
located in the Physical Education Building on lower campus.
Three other intramural
sports will also hold mandatory meetings the following week:
coed volleyball -- Sept. 24 at 6 p.m. in The Gold Mine; coed
soccer -- Sept. 26 at noon on the soccer field; flag football--Sept.
26 at noon on the Rugby Field.
