world's largest jack-o-lantern, Smilin'
Jack, shown in relation to Public
Affairs Representative Andy Perez,
a five foot nine inch man, is created
on 3 million gallon storage tank at
the Tosco Los Angeles Refinery in
Wilmington. Over 100 gallons of paint
are required to cover the massive
tank that has been painted every Halloween
for the past 49 years.
