2000:
Nishimoto is averaging 13.4 assists and 1.8 digs
per game since returning as the starting setter. Accumulated
71 assists Friday against Cal State Fullerton, the
most of any 49er setter this season. She was also
named Thursday to the first team of the 2000 Verizon
Academic All-District VIII women's volleyball team
for the second year in a row. Carries a cumulative
GPA of 3.96. Named Big West Conference co-player of
the week Monday.

"Keri develops great rhythm with the team.
She's excellent at running the offense, one of the
best in the country at that. Academic discipline transfers
onto the court, and without a doubt her academic performance
helps her game."
