sat out season due to a broken collarbone.

First 49er to qualify for U.S. Amateur since 1992
-- has an average of 73.9, has twice finished in the
top-10 (49er collegiate and Pepperdine Invite) --
finished second at the 2000 Long Beach Open.
Seymour's
best finish of the season came Friday at the 49er
Collegiate Classic where he shot 215 in three rounds
and finished tied for fourth individually.

"After
a mediocre start [at the 49er meet], Nick gutted it
out. He remained on an even keel, executed well and
it paid off, I was very proud of him. He's very determined,
a great competitor."
