Sororities play in Powder Puff

Kappa Sigma hosted its annual charity powder puff football tournament at George Allen Field Saturday.

The Cal State Long Beach fraternity will donate the proceeds, more than $1,500, to the Surfrider Foundation.

CSULB sorority Delta Delta Delta was the champion of Powder Puff 2000. Delta Gamma's Amber Stuteville, who scored 20 touchdowns, was named MVP.

Delta Gamma, in red, won this shoving match against Delta Zeta with a touchdown, the only one of the game, in overtime.

Delta Zeta, in black, and Delta Gamma, in red, were two of the CSULB sororities that played in the Powder Puff Tag Football tournament held at the George Allen Field Saturday. Delta Gamma won this game with their only touchdown in overtime.
