CRIME LOG

Marijuana bust
Oct. 31, 1 a.m.: Steven Treciado, 18, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of more than one ounce of marijuana while on campus. Raymond Mendoza, 19, was also arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a knife. Both were booked at Long Beach Jail with a $10,000 bail set for each.

Petty theft
Oct. 31, between 8 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.: theft of $25 from a purse at Robeks Juice, University Student Union.

Arson
Oct. 27, noon: unknown person threw an incendiary device into a car parked on the second level of the Parking Structure, causing severe fire damage to the interior.

Vandalism
Oct. 27, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.: someone slashed all the tires on a 1988 Jeep parked in Lot 16.
