Advertising accepted by the Daily Forty-Niner is subject to all terms and conditions contained herein. This newspaper may review or reject any copy that does not meet its standards of acceptance.

Deadline is Noon four ( 4 ) working days prior to publication. If copy is accepted after the final deadline, no proof is guaranteed.

Cancellation of reserved advertising space must be made 48 business hours before publication with the Advertising Director otherwwise advertiser will be billed.

Prepayment Required All advertising is pre-paid. Contracts must be signed and approved by the Advertising and Business Directors prior to insertion. VISA, American Express and MASTERCARD accepted. Checks should be made out to: DAILY 49ER. No personal checks without name and address imprinted accepted. Returned checks are subject to a $20 service charge.
