	Food shops has new director By Maya Yamane Summer Forty-Niner    Clint Campbell will be replacing Bill  Grebe, as the new director of Concessions and Satellite Food Services for the Forty-Niner Shops, Inc. at Cal State Long Beach. Grebe, who retired after 13 years of services, headed food service at The Pyramid, Blair Field, University Library, Beach Hut and Outpost — all of which will fall under Campbell’s responsibilities, according to Roman Gulon, general manager of the Shops.  His first challenge will be providing thousands of thirsty music fans with refreshments during the Labor Day weekend at the 20th annual Long Beach Blues Festival.
