	CSULB receives $300,000 grant By Maya Yamane  Summer Forty-Niner Cal State Long Beach recently received a $300,000 grant from the California Academic Partnership Program, which will improve the chances of students from the Long Beach Unified School District to receive higher education. The goal of the five-year grant is to prepare students for successful entry into CSULB.
