Steve Martin is in for the adventure of his life in his latest movie with Eddie Murphy. "Bowfinger" is comedy that makes fun about the Hollywood industry and how movies are made.

This outrageously funny movie begins with a desperate producer, Bobby Bowfinger, played by Steve Martin, who wants to hire the worldís hottest action hero for his sci-fi movie.

The action heroís name is Kit Ramsey, who is played by Eddie Murphy. Ramseyís character is larger than life and his services are out of reach to a small-time producer like Bowfinger.

Meanwhile the morality stricken Bowfinger comes up with a brilliant plan to shoot the movie without the knowledge of Ramsey being filmed as one of the main actors.

Unbelievable coincidences leads the film crew to follow Ramsey around town to actually obtain the footage they need.

Meanwhile Ramsey is on the verge of a nervous breakdown and seeks solace in a fictitious religion that resembles Scientology.

The producer Bowfinger is out of luck when the action hero drops out of sight. He must find a stand in look-a-like to fill Ramseyís place to finish his film.

He finds one, as Eddie Murphy plays another marvelous dual role as the dim-wit but lovable Jiff. The remarkable resemblance of Jiff makes him the perfect low-budget stand in for the unscrupulous Ramsey.

While the movieís ending falls short for the audience which expects something realistic, it remains ridiculously funny throughout its entirety.

Murphyís dual roles as Jiff and Ramsey resembles the multiple roles he played in the "Nutty Professor." His ability to make this work again in "Bowfinger" proves that Eddie Murphy is a comedy legend.
