	Getting in the Outfest Film Festival By Tracy Reynolds Summer Forty-Niner   A gala reception and screening of the award winning film, “Show Me Love,” marked the opening of the Outfest film festival, the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, at the Pantages Theater in Hollywood.                Outfest 1999, which opened on July 8th and runs until the 19th, marked the 17th anniversary of one of Los Angeles’ largest film festivals.
