Pop group worse than New Kids

By Shreya Bhakta
Daily Forty-Niner

LFO is quite possibly the worst new teen group. Its self-titled debut album is horrible.

These New Kids on the Block wannabes do not even have one good song on this album.

ALBUM REVIEW: F-
The sad part is even the New Kids had a few good songs.

LFO has no style, no lyric writing abilities, and to top it off, they sound like they haven't reached puberty yet.

Can someone explain why the group's song "Summer Girls" is among one of the top on MTV's Total Request Live every day?

The lyrics make no sense. Who the hell cares if "Chinese food makes you sick?"

Or if you prefer "girls that wear clothes from Abercrombie & Fitch?"

The style of their music also has no variety.

All the up beat songs sound the same, as well as their slow, so-called R&B numbers.

This group doesnít have a flow, beat, or rhythm of any kind.

Some of their lyrics are about how "Maculay Culkin wasnít home alone" and "Shoo bee doo wop and Scooby snacks."

And these creative lyrics were only in the first two songs!

LFO's members cannot sing.

Their vocals are the same tempo and scale throughout the album.

Other groups that can sing, such as N'Sync or even the Backstreet Boys, are given much props.

Maybe LFO could possibly get some singing lessons from them.

The only good thing about this group is that they are cuties, which is why they seem to be popular.
